The Selectboard held a pubic hearing. With a 4-1 vote, the Selectboard adopted the Form-Based Code, associated bylaw amendments, and Town-wide Official Map.

The second informational session focused on administration and permit process, building form standards, and the Planning Commission's 5-1 vote on the code. The discussion will continue on June 7 with stakeholder/landowner comment.

The Planning Commission held a work session to review testimony and make final edits to their Transmittal Draft. The Commission voted 5-1 to transmit to Selectboard.

The planning commission provided their general thoughts and input to guide CCRPC and Town Staff in the RFP process. Ultimately, the consultant selection is confirmed by the Transportation Action Committee (TAC) on October 6, 2020.
